First and foremost, the staff were amazing! They let us check in early because of my knees and gave us plenty of towels and pillows in the room. Breakfast was also great! They kept fresh coffee going and had a bunch of fruit and pastries ready for us every morning. I can’t forget how the kids loved the pool, they just didn’t want to leave. The whole experience felt genuine, like they cared about us being there and wanted us to succeed in whatever we were doing.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

I had a pleasant stay with nice clean rooms and friendly interactions from the staff. Being walking distance to the beach and local attractions was a huge plus for our group. However, the breakfast options could be improved as there wasn't a lot of variety beyond carbs and sugary items.

Issues with housekeeping consistency raised concerns during the stay, making clarity in service expectations important.

I felt completely at home with the cute staff, especially Tammy. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and attractions, which is a huge plus for exploring. Plus, we loved the outdoor grilling facilities that gave us a fun family cooking experience under the sun!

I had a fantastic time wandering around with the Museum of Chincoteague just a quick stroll away and the expansive Robert N. Reed Downtown Waterfront Park was perfect for enjoying the scenery and relaxing in nature after a day of adventure.

The outdoor spaces felt inviting, perfect for enjoying lovely breezes while catching up with friends. Having safe parking and convenient access to local attractions was a delightful touch for our getaway and truly made it stress-free.

Improve accessibility for the handicapped ramp.

It was just a perfect match for a transient visit in Chincoteague with good price value. The coffee was good, which was a nice touch for breakfast. Make sure to check breakfast timing before heading down.
